　　Everyone has his own dream. In my mind, I think that having a dream means that we have a goal, and then we will do our best to come true it.

　　My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and saving their lives. i know it is difficult to be a good doctor , but I will never give up and i will try my best to keep everyone health .When I have money in the future , I will help the poor sick people of our country. I discovered the world would not change ,so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change only my country . But it ,too, seemed immovable.As I grew into my twilight years,in one last desperate attampt,I settled for changing only my family ,those closest to me ,but ,also,they have none of it .

　　And now as I lie on my deathbed ,I suddenly realize :If I had only changed myself first ,then by example I would have changed my family .From their inspiration and encouragement,I would then have been able to better my country and who knows, I may have even changed the world.
