　　一篇作文交給老師后要一個多星期后才能拿到，等拿到手，學生早已忘掉當初是怎樣寫的了。再看看從頭到尾的紅圈圈和各種標記，學生對自己的寫作能力總是表示懷疑，積極性大受挫傷，進而也對英語作文失去了信心和興趣。，怎樣批改和點評學生作文才能激發學生的寫作熱情，增強他們的自信心，并使他們及時了解自己作品的缺陷，通過修改和糾錯來使自己掌握寫作的基本技巧，復習語言運用知識，最終達到提高寫作能力的目的，這些就是我在教學過程中一直思考的問題。

　　一、確立以肯定為主的評價風格，著力挖掘優點，激發學生的寫作熱情。

　　1、興趣與自信對英語學習的作用是眾所周知的。而二者的產生和保持在一定程度上依賴于付出努力后所獲得的成就感。因此，學生每完成一篇作文，我們都應盡量發現其可取之處，給予恰當的表揚并提出中肯的意見，讓學生期待下一次完成得更好。每一次肯定、欣賞的評價，都是幫助學生挖掘其內動力的最好的催化劑。所以，在評價學生作文時，我主要采取朋友式的交流方式，探討學生文章立意的的新穎之處、思想的深度、結構是否清晰、段落是否分明、語言表達是否準確生動。

　　2、每一次習作后我都選擇幾篇文體規范、結構完整、段落分明、語言流暢的作文作為范文在全班朗讀并展示。選擇時，我不受分數的局限，只要有特色就行。講評時我大力表揚并宣讀他們的作品，從構思、謀篇布局到語言運用諸方面充分肯定作文的優點，指出他們在分析審題、謀篇成段、語言運用等方面的過人之處，并以此歸納總結這一類主題作文中常用的結構、句型和習慣表達。這樣不但可以使學生多接觸優秀的范文，還可以激發被選中學生的積極性，并促進未入選者。事實證明，許多學生你追我趕，甚至暗中叫勁，都想讓自己的作品成為下一次的范文。

　　3、除了優秀學生的作文展示，我還特別注意基礎較差學生的每一次進步。他們只要在結構、段落、思想或用詞用句上有較好的表現，我都給他們以“笑臉”或“五角星”。在點評學生作文，總結他們的經典句時，我也是盡量將基礎較差學生的立意新穎的地方稍作改動在全班點名宣講，這對于這樣的學生是極大的鼓勵，也使他們增強了自信，消除了對寫作的恐懼心理，并漸漸對英語作文增添了好感。

　　二、運用多種形式的批改方法，立體評價，分類指導。

　　1、重視批改書面表達練習。對學生書面表達作業的批改是課堂寫作教學的自然延伸。對作文的批改不僅局限于訂正學生所犯的語法錯誤上，而是從兩個層次上加以批改，即語篇層次和語法層次。既改內容和結構，又改語法和用詞錯誤，既要求行文流暢，又要求邏輯性強，結構嚴謹。事實上，批改作文時，要考慮以下幾個問題：1)主題是否突出，是否有中心句。2)段落安排是否合理。3)語言是否流暢、合理。4)是否有重復使用的詞語和表達方式。5)是否有拼寫錯誤。6)文章格式是否正確。7)文章的開頭和結尾是否合理、正確。8)文章是否有條理性和邏輯性。

　　2、根據對不同個體水平的了解，采取不同修改方式。對無法自行糾錯的學生可直接刪除錯誤表達并給出正確表達，如果時間允許的話，最好采取面批的形式;對基礎好的學生可以就用一些學生知道的符號將錯誤標識出來，交給學生自己去感悟并糾正，這樣做比老師直接寫出正確表達的效果要好得多。不過對學生糾正后的作文還應定期檢查。

　　3、在作文批改中調動學生參與。由于班級人數多，學生水平參差不齊，作業量大等種種原因，教師往往懶于動筆。如果不批改，作文中的錯誤得不到及時糾正，寫得再多也收效甚微;但在批改過程中，如果抓住學生的錯誤不放，有錯必糾，也是事倍功半。我們可以讓學生動手參與，互相評改后從中選出好、中、差的作文進行批閱，從中找出學生作文中存在的普遍性問題，記錄下來，課堂上進行總結性評講，讓學生自己動手改正后再給老師看。也可以給出連貫性欠佳的習作(隱去學生姓名)，讓學生自己動手動腦參評審閱，或小組評改，最后再由老師組織集體講評。如果學生能準確識別和修改錯誤，他們對上下文的連貫性也就能掌握運用了。這樣老師節省了時間，學生則通過動手、動腦糾正錯誤而印象深刻、提高更快。

　　4、在重視作文內容的同時關注形式。在批改過程中，我們也應對學生作文的`字跡是否工整、布局是否完美、卷面是否整潔作出評價，使學生養成良好的書寫習慣。

　　三、注重作文批改的整體效應，強調對作文的講評。

　　1、選取優秀作文歷數其長。每次批改后選出一些較好的作文，和學生一起點評。從構思、謀篇布局到語言運用諸方面充分肯定作文的優點，指出他們在分析審題、謀篇成段、語言運用等方面的過人之處，并以此歸納總結這一類主題作文中常用的結構、句型和習慣表達。這樣可以使學生多接觸優秀的范文，并掌握各種文體作文的套用結構和語言。

　　2、集納作文中謬誤予以糾正。我們批改時要捕捉帶有普遍性的語法錯誤，并及時反饋有關的信息。在審閱和評改完學生所寫的短文后，我們可以把學生短文中所出現的典型的具有代表性的錯誤設置成短文改錯，讓學生在審閱和評判中訂正自己的錯誤。利用這樣的練習可以訓練學生發現、判斷、糾正自己所寫作文錯誤的能力以及在語篇中綜合運用英語的能力。

　　3、推行互動式講評。我們也可以將幾篇含有典型錯誤的作文整篇印發給學生，或制作成課件(不告知作者)，要求他們像老師一樣批改同伴的作文，指導他們從文章的審題、結構的處理、段落的劃分、語言的運用、書寫的工整各方面作出評判。也可請學生到臺上來和臺下學生一起對所選作文進行修改。這樣全班學生可以同時參與，他們親眼目睹臺上同學的操作過程：同伴發現、糾正了錯誤，他們為之高興;同伴遺漏錯誤，他們為之著急并急于提醒;同伴將正確的地方改錯了，他們因為沒能看出來而遺憾不已。這種全體參與的形式極大地調動了同學們的寫作和評改熱情，同時加深他們對文體格式的了解和對錯誤的認識。

　　4、將評改作為一個中間環節，而不是一個終結環節。我們可以參與學生的寫作過程，及時向學生提供指導性的反饋，并鼓勵學生反復修改作文，這樣才能使我們的批改工作有效.
