　　北京三日游 A Three-day Tour to Beijing

　　Last month I went to Beijing to visit one of my friends, because we haven’t seen each other for about two years and I got a holiday meanwhile. It is my first time to visit Beijing, which is always the dream city for all the Chinese. All the information about the city came from the books and TV, now I could see and get know of it by myself, how excited I am!

　　上個月我去北京看望我的一個朋友，因為我們有將近兩年沒見，而我剛好有假期。這是我第一次游覽北京，這座全中國人都向往的城市。我對北京的所以認知都來自電視和書本，而現在我有機會親自來看這個城市、來了解她。我多么地興奮！

　　There were so many tourist areas in my plan list, like Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Perking University and so on. However, due to my short holiday I only visit several places of my list, with my friend’s companion. I will take a long tour to Beijing next time if I have the chance.在我的旅游計劃表上，我羅列許多要去的地方，如天安門廣場，紫禁城，長城，北京大學等等。然而由于假期太短，朋友只陪我參觀了計劃表上的幾個地方而已。如果有機會，我下次一定會到這來個長期旅游。

　　Last year, I went to Guang Zhou in the summer vacation. I felt so excited, it took me about four hours to get there. In the daytime, the air was so stuffy and the sun was so hot, so my friends and I decided to take a rest in the hotel. When the sun almost got down, we started to go on the street, the first thing was to find something to eat. There were so many delicious snacks, we had no idea which to eat, so we planed to eat as much as we could. I found myself couldn’t stop eating, the food was tasted. After we finishing eating, we started to go shopping.Guang Zhou is famous for the foreign trade, its clothes are fashionable and cheap. We went to the shopping street, trying on all kinds of clothes, at last, we bought many clothes. This trip is so unforgettable to me.去年暑假，我去廣州旅游。我感到很興奮，我花了大約四個小時到那里。白天，空氣很悶，太陽很大，所以我的朋友和我決定去旅館休息。當太陽將要下山了，我們開始逛街，第一件事就是找東西吃。街上有很多美味的小吃，我們不知道吃什么好，因此我們計劃盡可能多吃。我無法停止下來，食物太美味了。吃完以后，我們開始購物，廣州的外貿很出名，衣服時尚，價格便宜。我們去了購物街，試了各種各樣的衣服，最后，我們買了很多衣服。這趟旅程對我來說是很難忘的。

There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t miss the Beijing Duck. It is really nice.

　　A Trip to Beijing

　　My American friend Tom and I went to Beijing by plane last summer.

　　On the first day，we visited the Palace Museum and Tian'anmen Square. The next day，we climbed the Great Wall. We took lots of photos. Although we felt tired，it was a fantastic experience. The third day we relaxed. Then we had the Beijing roast duck for lunch. I think it is the most delicious food in the world. Tom is interested in Chinese culture，so we drank tea and saw Beijing Opera in Lao She Teahouse in the evening. Finally，we did some shopping and flew back to Guilin.

　　The trip to Beijing was short，but it was wonderful. Tom said that he would never forget it.
