　　This is the second time for mr. brown to visit jinan. during his stay in shandong, he will visit several schools. net week mr. brown will visit some places. first, he will take a train to taian to climb mount tai. then he will go to qufu by bus to visit the temple of confucius. after that, he will return to jinan by bus. then he will fly to qingdao for a visit. there he will stay for some days and give a talk on american english. at last he will take a plane to go back to america from qingdao.

　　Mr. brown comes to shandong for a visit to several schools. he is in jinan now. this is the second time for him to come here. net week he will visit some places. first, he wants to go to taian by train to climb mount tai. then he will visit the temple of confucius in qufu. after he returns to jinan by bus, he will fly to qingdao to stay there for some days. there he will give a talk on american english. after the talk, he will fly back to america and end his visit to china.

　　Today, we went to zhangjiajie, where the mountains and water show, the flowers of the birds. As soon as we got out of the car, we walked into zhangjiajie.

　　Once inside, it was found that it was a mountain higher than a mountain, a tree more green than a tree, and a stream cleaner than a stream. The guide said that as long as we follow this golden whip, we will go to the four doors of water. Thats our destination. Why is this stream called jin whixi? Because there was a rock like a whip, and it was standing right next to the stream, so the stream was called the jinxixi. My dad and I were at the back. These odd-shaped stones, some like sun wukong, some like tangs monk, some like the sand monk, and others like pig eight jie married daughter-in-law... Zhangjiajie is really a wonderful thing! I saw zhang qiangliang and the director of li ningbo playing with water, and I took off my shoes and went down. Ah! Ice water, slippery pebbles, really cool! So comfortable! I still catch the little fish with li.

　　Theres a lot of water to play along the way. Its fun! But there are plenty of nasty caterpillars. We went to a place called longevity springs where there was a dragons head, and the dragons mouth spewed water, and people drank from it. I went to the brook to play, and I fell. The half of the trousers was wet. And then I got my pants all wet in another place, which is terrible! However, the headmaster invited me to eat a cucumber and a bowl of pueraria powder. Delicious!

　　Every now and then, I get the itch to travel. It is said that traveling may be a feast for the eyes. And it makes our life colorful and meaningful. Meanwhile it can broaden one’s knowledge and vision.

　　I enjoyed traveling very much. So I went to some places which I looked forward to all the way. To spend the summer holiday, my parents were determined to have a trip to the Great Wall .So did I. When we arrived at the destination, I couldn’t wait to jump out of the seat. The stretching hills and winding walls attracted me at once. When I climbed the top of it, I saw a sign saying “The man who has not climbed the Great Wall is not a true man.” There stood thick trees along both sides of the Great Wall. So the air we breathed was very fresh that I had never experienced. Of course we took many pictures.

　　Generally speaking, having on a trip can relax ourselves, appreciate the beauty of nature. What’s more, we can broaden our mind and make friends with a supply of people from different countries and colors. So, it is useful for us to have a travel if we are free and enough money.

　　Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the graland. I picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small desert,it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.

　　Those two patterns offer different travel experiences, with respective advantages and disadvantages. For the solitary traveler, the greatest advantage is freedom. He is perfectly free to choose his itinerary and plan his schedules, thus he can visit whatever his curiosity leads him to and contemplate over a historical site or a cultural relic for as long as he desires. The trouble is he cannot share his perceptions and excitement with any partners. Moreover, it is time-consuming and difficult to buy train tickets and look for accommodations and in emergency situations an individual traveler is largely helpless. Those problems are non-existent for group travelers because travel agencies take care of everything. Within a group, people who used to be strangers soon become friends. However, the fixed itineraries and tight schedule prevent travelers from satiating their individual curiosities. In addition, tourists are often subjected to forced shopping by tour guides who are more concerned with securing commissions than providing services.

　　My solution to these two imperfect modes of traveling is to travel with friends or classmates. This pattern incorporates most of their advantages while avoiding all their disadvantages. I am convinced this is the best and most sensible form of traveling which everybody should adopt.

There are a lot of dogs, and soldiers with guns near the prisons. And most of the prisons are good, they didnt want to tell the bad people where the other people were. They lived in very small houses. No good food to eat, no good water to drink.They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing.

　　I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.

　　One of my friends with me went to Xiamen in September before the beginning of this term. We spent 5 days there and slept for 4 nights. Personally, I don’t think that it is a wonderful trip. For me, I spent all of my money which was partially saved from my part-time job during the summer vacation and partially from my parents but found that it was a really tiring trip. Maybe it was out of my personality.

　　We visited Xiamen University, Gulangyu Island, Riyuegu Hotspring, Zengcuoan, Hulishan Fort, Nanputuo temple,Xiamen Museum, Zhongshan Road and so on. The schedule was so full within this five hot days that my feeling of tiredness far surpassed my enjoyment. But one thing moved me. The air there was fresher than here in Xiasha though above their city floated a layer of haze. I was afraid that one day Xiamen would took the same step as Hangzhou and no blue sky left anymore. So we have to took our environmental problem seriously.

　　Out of the thought that “Adults should go out to see the outside.”, I agreed this travel to Xiamen. After this travel, however, I found that I didn’t belong to the travel-loving group. Comparing with travelling around, I preferred staying at home more. Thus, I would take my next travel pretty seriously.
