As the winter vacation is so long for me this year, I have nothing to do, so I decide to make a trip to Beihai before the Spring Festival. I have been to Beihai once, it was the first time for me to see the beach, I felt so excited at that time and I told myself to come there again. I carry out my plan this year, but in different mood.
今年，寒假對于我來說是如此的長，我沒有事情可以做，因此我決定在春節前到北海旅游。我曾近去過北海，那是我第一次看到海灘，那是我很興奮，告訴自己我會再去那里的。我今年就實行了這個計劃，但是這次的心情卻不一樣。Since the last time I came to Beihai and saw the beautiful beach, I miss the seashore all the time. This year, besides watching the sea, I want to see the sunrise. I went to the silver beach, I sat under the trees, the breeze came across me and I just watched people walk on the beach. It was such a beautiful picture and I was enjoying it.

The cactuses have long roots and they take their roots deep into the earth so that they can get the water from deeper soil.

Optimismal ways leads to happiness ,health and success while pessimism ,by contrast ,results in hopelessness ,sickness and failure .That's because optimists and pessimists deal with the same challenges and disappointments in very different ways .When things go wrong ,the pessimist tends to blame himself ,while the optimist looks for loopholes .The optimist feels in control of hisovallife .If things are going badly ,he acts quickly ,looking for solutions ,forming a new plan of action ,and seeking for advice .On the contrary ,the pessimist yields to the arrangement of fate and moves slowly .He doesn't seek advice ,since he assumes nothing can be done.
Most people are amix of optimis mand pessimism .Optimism is important in all aspect so for lives .If you can change your mind from pessimism to optimism ,you can change your life.
