　　as we all know, “failure is the mother of success.” but i just want to say“success is the baby of confidence.”

　　first of all, confidence makes us happier in our life. life is like a wonderful song, a bright and colorful painting. if confidence is with us in our life, we will find that life really becomes richer and more interesting.

　　then, confidence makes us brave and courageous. if we lack confidence in ourselves, how can we overcome difficulties we meet with? if we have no confideuce in ourselves, how can we succeed in developing ourselves in the future?without confidence, nothing can be accomplished. that is to say, if you want to win, you have to believe in yourself.

　　finally, i would like to use the following words as our mutual encouragement：“if you think you can, you can.”

　　眾所周知，“失敗是成功之母”，但是，我只想說：“成功是自信之子。

　　首先，自信使我們的生活更幸福。生活宛如一首動聽的歌，一幅色彩繽紛的圖畫，假如生命中有了自信-，我們會發現生活會變得更豐富，更有趣。

　　Self-confidence means the firm belief that you can do things well. If you want to succeed in doing anything, you must have confidence in your ability. Otherwise, you may hardly achieve anything. Some people always complain about how difficult their tasks would be and how incapable they are. They often refuse to have a try, and therefore have no opportunity to overcome difficulties in order to get themselves improved. Apparently, this shows their lack of self-confidence.

　　There are several reasons why people feel frustrated or discouraged in face of difficulties. Firstly, they underestimate themselves. Second, they tend to overestimate the difficulties. Third, they are afraid of making mistakes or getting failures.

As a proverb goes,” confidence in yourself is the first step on the road to success.” we should make sufficient preparations and encourage ourselves before setting about doing anything in order to achieve success, which may help us gain self-confidence. We should have a right attitude toward our ability and should never look down upon ourselves. In addition, we don’t have to be afraid of mistakes or failures, for we can learn from mistakes and “failure is the mother of success”.

　　Self-confidence is one very important factor for success, but there are two other equally important factors: knowledge and sensitivity. All three are required for success in any area.

　　One needs to feel one can accomplish a task. If one thinks he or she is incapable of doing something, he or she will not succeed. For example, if you think you are going to do poorly on an exam, you will probably do poorly. It is important to tell yourself that you can do well. If you have confidence in yourself, you will probably do well.

　　Even if you have a great deal of self-confidence, you won’t be able to well on the exam without knowledge. You have to understand your subject very well. With knowledge and self-confidence you have a better chance of success.

　　In areas other than exams, you will need to be sensitive to your surroundings in order to succeed. You will need to know whether to boast about yourself or be modest; you will need to know whether you should take the lead or let others. This is a difficult skill to learn, but an important one for success.

　　To be successful in school or work, you need three qualities: self-confidence, knowledge, and sensitivity. Along, none of these factors will help you succeed. But together, they ensure success.

　　I was having a word with one of my friend today and during whole conversation, I felt that he lacked on one point and that was self confidence. All the way, he was comparing himself from those people who were successful in his field of work, people around him. And he was just keeping himself “low” from them.

　　Well, it’s the self confidence which can make and break things. This thing applies in blogging too. Feel confident about the things you do and don’t just think that because other’s are doing well, then you are any less than them. You are equally good and it’s only you who can realize that where exactly you are good.

　　Here are few things which you should follow when you are losing self confidence :

　　1. Stop thinking that what other are achieving : Instead think that what is making them achieve that success and then work on those areas and try to gain that same success.

　　2. Think on the lines, where you are lacking but don’t make them the hurdle in your success : Instead, think that how you can improve on those weak points. No body is perfect and no one will ever be, so if you do lack somewhere, you just have to think that do you really lack or do other are making you feel that. If at all you think that yes, you do lack in a particular area, then go ahead and work on it.

　　3. Improve the areas where you have the mastery : Again, no one is perfect and there is always a scope of improvement and by talking to various people in that niche, you’ll only gain knowledge and will be able to know more in that field. So talk to your fellow bloggers, and see how they do things differently and how they blog, I’m sure you’ll learn something new than what you already know.

　　4. Teach someone in that niche : When you’ll talk to someone in that niche who is still new, then you’ll be able to share those things which you already know and that way your confidence level will increase, because you’ll realize that you know much more than others and that will give enormous amount of confidence.

　　5. Success is what you feel with in : Well, its all about setting the standards. Everyone knows what he or she is capable of but just because you get influenced with someone, you start to feel that you are not successful. Instead think that what you’ve achieved and start to feel good about it.

　　Again there is a very think line between self confidence and over confidence. Feel confident about things you’ve achieved but don’t be over confident and don’t think that anyone is less than you. You can’t know each and everything but you can be good in many areas and sharing things will only make you better. So, never feel that you are any less than anyone else and never let others think that you are any less than them.
