尊敬的：

　　第二次站到這個講臺，是為高級工程師這個崗位。

　　上個月，我女兒的學校給布置了一項作業，讓家長給孩子寫一封關于告別童年走入青春期的信。我思來想去、絞盡腦汁，最后用四個詞語來表達來我對她的期盼。這四個詞語是：理想、興趣、快樂、責任。給孩子寫完信已是深夜，我忽然在想，給孩子講了這么多，而我自己的理想是什么呢?

　　記得上小學三年級，老師問我們的理想是什么，我的回答是：“做一名工程師”。小時候，村里有一位叔叔大學畢業后，在城里當工程師，其聲名聞于鄉鄰。在很長的一段時間內，他成了方圓幾十里孩子們學習的榜樣。那時我想，長大了我也做一名工程師，到城里設計和建造房屋該是多么高級、多么榮耀的一件事情啊。

　　三十年過去了，自己現在已經是一名高級工程師。還通過考試，取得了五個注冊工程師的資格，可以說是實現了小時候的理想。近幾年，隨著工作和物質的相對穩定，自己有時卻想去干一些清閑點的工作。對照給女兒信中叮嚀她的“志向要遠大、要有奉獻精神、做一個對社會有用的人”，我深深地感到了慚愧。是啊，我還沒有給社會盡到自己的所有責任，我還沒有完全地實現自己兒時的理想。我知道一味的追求物質和安逸的工作會讓一個人慢慢地變的頹廢和缺乏激情，唯有追求理想和為社會承擔自己的責任才能換來更持久的成就感和快樂。

　　新組建的住建局承擔著大量的住房保障和城市建設的任務。這幾年，房價，人民群眾，老百姓都在關注和期盼著我們住建部門能夠有所所為。做為住建局的一名技術干部，我覺得自己有責任、有義務站出來，在城市建設中、在保障房和廉租房的建設中，發自己的一分光，盡自己的一分力，為峽市人民的住房建設貢獻自己的所學所能。

　　我深知：學歷不等同于能力，資格證書不等同于實現理想。我更清醒的明白：自己的資歷和能力或許還不能完全挑起總工程師的這副重擔。但聽了剛才各位同事的`精彩演講，讓我深受感染和鼓舞，讓我再次鼓足勇氣，第二次上到這個講臺，來表達自己作為一名普通的住建干部，愿意為我們新組建的住建局盡心出力的心聲，而不全是對局總工這個職位的追求。我們不是在爭權奪利，我們是來展現我們住建人的才華和理想，是為我們住建局的發展，獻言獻策。這樣的心聲不只是我一個人有，剛才上臺演講的每一位同事都有。我們住建局廣大干部職工都有這樣的一個心聲：我們愿意在新一屆局領導的帶領下，干事創業、實現理想、奉獻社會、快樂生活!

　　Good morning !It is really my honor to this interview,I hope i can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed.

　　Now i will introduce myself .I am 26 years old,born in AnHui province .

　　I was graduated from AnHui Normal university. My specialty is Electrical and Information.and i got my bachelor [‘btl] degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.

　　I spend most of my time on study. and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

　　In October 20xx, I begin work for a company of Tai Wan as a Electrical engineer in Kun Shan city.

It is Systematic study of the software and hardware design.

　　worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
