　　問起朋友的求職經歷，他的經驗很簡單，就是看“臉色”行事。他介紹說，求職場上招聘和應聘雙方見面是不可回避的重要環節，在面試中如果能讀懂招聘方的“臉色”，從對方的臉色、神態和舉止中揣摩出他的意圖和所求，應聘就等于成功了一大半。

　　比如，你在交流互通過程中介紹自身的某種特長或愛好時，招聘方臉現喜色，流露出感興趣的表情來，就表明對方注重你了，你就應該及時地將自身所具有的這種特長或愛好詳盡地表達出來，以求對方對你更大的注意;如果你在向對方介紹其它專長或信息時，發現對方的目光游離甚至有不夠耐心的情態，這說明招聘方對你這些并不在意，你就應該及時巧妙地跳開，以免犯顧此而失彼的.錯誤;

　　再比如，薪水和待遇問題是雙方的敏感區，當你提出自己所期待的要求時，對方臉露難色，說明這方面沒有多少回旋的余地。假如這個職位對你很重要而不想放棄，那么你就應該妙巧地表示愿意適當放低要求，不要因待遇問題上的分歧而錯過一個理想的職位，假若低于這個要求你不能接受時，也不妨直截了當點破，看對方表述時的臉部情態再作決定。

　　I was short, but not on behalf of my grades also like my head and short. My character is very outgoing, easy to make friends with others, and polite, very good people skills.
