　　1、不知從何說起。有很多同學當聽到老師問：“Can you make a self-introduction?”時，首先遲疑幾秒，然后怔怔的看著：“老師說什么呀？”這一類算是“無準備型”。自我介紹是你與人打交道，參加各類口語考試，職場面試不可或缺的一部分，同時也是非常重要的一部分。在面試時，我們經常會被要求自我介紹，所謂自我介紹，就是把自已介紹給出別人，以使別人認識自已，求職一分鐘自我介紹恰到好處的自我介紹，可以大大提高面試的好感。

　　2、缺乏邏輯性。還有一些同學在作自我介紹時，要么只說兩句話名字，年齡；要么夸夸其談但缺乏邏輯性。別看簡簡單單的一個自我介紹有時也能反映出一個人的邏輯思維和做事態度。

　　如何作面試自我介紹呢？面試自我介紹應大體包括本人的姓名、工作、籍貫、學歷、興趣以及與交往對象的某些熟人的關系等。如：“我的名字叫王光，是里潤公司副總裁。10年前，我和您先生是大學同學。”其中本人姓名、供職的單位及部門、擔負的職務或從事的具體工作等三項，又叫工作式自我介紹內容的三要素，通常缺一不可。

　　①姓名。應當一口報出，不可有姓無名，或有名無姓。

　　②單位。單位及部門，如可能最好全部報出，具體工作部門有時可以暫不報出。

　　③職務。擔負的職務或從事的具體工作，有職務最好報出職務，職務較低或者無職務，則可報出目前所從事的具體工作。
