He always encourages us to speak up and tells us “Don’t be shy, let’s try.” After a semester, almost all the learners in our class are interested in English although they don’t like English at the start. With Mr. Liu’s help, many learners are making fast progress in their English learning. Mr. Liu is the best teacher in my mind.

When it was my turn， I felt so shy and fearful that I didn’t dare to say a word before the class. She came up to me and said kindly， Don’t be afraid. I believe you can do it. Come and have a try. My face turned red when I heard that. At last， I went to the blackboard and was able to do it quite well. She praised for what I had done.
