　　I don't understand why cann't she control her temper. my wife is the high-power,career driven type. she is very good to me but is also bossy and manipulative sometimes. She works for a start-up company in healthcare as a manager and the work gives her lots of stress. tonight, she came back very late as usual. we had a small talk, then I asked her did you send my mail out today? she said no i forgot. i was a little upset cause i assumed she did and wrote to the friend.

　　i could send it out next monday, anyway, it doesnt make much of a difference if it arrives one or two days sooner. she said. dont worry, it's ok. please do remember this time. 　　Our shool， Wuhan Heping Middle School， lies in the center of Wuhan city。 It was just built and has the perfect size。 The school yard is two hundred meters long， one hundred meters wide， and is surrounded by trees。

　　When you walk throught the front gate， there is a huge garden that greets you with every kind of natural things。 To the left is the school library in which there are more than 100， 000 books。 To the right is the experiment building。 In the very middle of the school yard stands the teaching building that stretches for one hundred and fifty meters。 This teaching building has four floors with the teachers' offices at either end of each floor。 Standing on the top of the teaching building， you can see a flower bed。 Behind the teaching building is a large playground on the right side。 The students often do sports here after class。 To the left lies the dining hall which can hold 500 people。 This is our school， a beautiful one。

　　I believe that one of the factors that makes a piece of literature or even a movie a masterpiece is how well the reader can relate to the story. This is definitely a book everyone can relate to.

　　The Adventures of Tom Sawyer is a literary masterpieces, written in 1876 by the famous author Mark Twain. Tom Sawyer is a mischievous young boy who lives in the small town on the Mississippi River called St. Petersburg. The story line is simple, the book reads like a biography or a memoir of a summer in Tom Sawyer's life.

　　Tom Sawyer seems to be the precursor of and the template for misfit kids such as Dennis the Menace, Malcolm in the Middle, and Calvin and Hobbs. What makes this story great is that Tom Sawyer represents everything that is great about childhood. The book is filled with Tom's adventures playing pirates and war with his friend Joe Harper. Tom has a trusted friend, Huck Finn, who few of the adults approve of. The book is filled with ideas of how the world works, such as how pirates and robbers work, that are so innocent, they could only come from a child. It is a story filled with action, adventure, ingenious ideas, love, and schoolyard politics. The whole story is seemingly a complication of what people did or wish they did during their childhood.

　　The book is a little difficult to read at first. Personally, it takes me a little while to get used to the 19th century dialect in the book. Other than referring to persons of African decent in derogatory terms （which I'm sure uses terms even young children already know）， the book would be an enjoyable read for people of all ages. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to feel young again, if just for a few hundred pages.

　　人總是會長大的，除了個兒長高了，身子強壯了以外，人的思想也在長。你對世界的看法不同了，懂事了，不再幼稚了。不過人是要越變越好才是。千萬不能像歷險記里的那個心狠手辣的壞蛋卓伊一樣，他壞事做盡，人見人憎。但最后他還是惡有惡報，得到了一個活活餓死在山洞里的下場。

　　看完《湯姆索亞歷險記》，我真羨慕湯姆能有如此有趣的經歷。這本書讓人看起來津津有味，甚至廢寢忘食。我想，《湯姆索亞歷險記》在你煩悶的時候或許能讓你一笑解千愁。
