光陰飛逝，轉眼間期中考試將近。近一個半學期的英語學習中，作業、考試占據了我對英語全部的熱愛，從而使我忘卻了熱愛英語的初衷。當面對如此不堪的英語成績，我不停的反問自己：“我究竟愛英語嗎？”剎那間，我忽然想起發生在上個星期四的一件事。
那天早晨，是社會早自休，需要讀英語。我拿出英語書，讀著新的單元的單詞，準備上去領讀。柔見狀，轉過身來對我說：“別讀了吧！”我回答說：“怎么可以不讀呢？”“何必呢？他們又有幾個會讀？你認認真真的在讀，他們不會懂，只會在下面做自己的'事情罷了�！比釃烂C的對我說。我苦笑，大概是無奈吧。柔又說：“你知道嗎？你明明很努力的想做好，但別人不懂，我們班很多很多人都認為。。。�！比嵬蝗徊辉僬f話。我問：“認為什么？”“我說了你不要傷心哦，”柔說：“他們都認為你在課堂上說一些沒有學過的單詞無非是為了炫耀你的英語成績好，更何況你也不是最好的。”聽了這句話，我的心好象被雷霹一般。忽然覺得好重好重，好失落好失落。我問柔：“我是這種人嗎？”柔回答說：“我知道你絕對不是這種人，他們一點都不了解你，根本就沒有資格這么說你。”我又追問：“誰說的？”經不住我的再三追問，柔告訴我：“是LY，不只是她，絕大多數人都這么認為�！盠Y，記憶中我跟她并不熟，為什么連她都會這么認為呢？我不解。帶著滿滿的失落，我不由地思索：“我是為了炫耀嗎？”
我想答案是肯定的，我知道我不是，當我學會一個新的單詞，在課堂上讀出來，那種喜悅感，他們無法體會。我想這大概也是我熱愛英語的初衷吧。但是我無法否定他們說的“更何況我英語成績也不是最好的”這的確是事實，我美好的心情被破壞了，懷著深深的悲傷和沉沉的失落，我發現：也許學會英語才是最真的，我真的應該以傲人的成績向大家證明。
我之所以熱愛英語僅僅是單純的喜歡，喜歡那種學會一個新單詞，一句新的話后讀出來的那種喜悅感，自豪感。那是一種無以言表的快樂。然而，初中快節奏的生活，考試，作業，讓我對英語的愛擱淺了。
但這絕對無法成為借口。我應該帶著我對英語的熱愛，認真地面對每一次作業，每一次考試。在學好英語的基礎上，去學好其她的課。
重新翻開英語書，我有一種別樣的感覺。在期中考試來臨前，我要以我百分之百的熱情和努力學好英語！

Luckily, some people are working to help save the animals. Some groups raise money to let people know about the problem. And they try to get the governments to pass laws protecting animals in danger. Quite a few countries have passed laws. These laws forbid the killing of any animal or plant on the danger list. Slowly, the number of some animals in danger is growing.

后來我們又去兒童樂園玩了很多玩具。有搖搖車、旋轉木馬、小飛機等。小飛機按綠按鈕就升上天空，按紅按鈕就下降落地。還有蹦蹦床，我的好朋友也在那里一上一下地跳床。我們玩得很高興。我一會兒就被蹦倒了。不過幸好我又爬起來繼續跳了。時間過得真快啊，我們該回家了!
