But the policy mainly aims at private cars and has no dear restrictions on the use of official cars. Besides, car purchase limitation would hinder the development of China's automobile industry，and more people would lose their jobs as a result.

　　Personally, I think the restriction of buying and use of cars, official cars incladed, is inevitable and just a matter of time for Beijing.
