也不知道，班上的同學對英語老師為什么會有那么大的不滿。Why？Because she is very strict with us?呵，我想，這不算理由，一個老師對學生嚴厲是源于她對學生深切的期望與關愛。我也承認，英語老師確實嚴了點，可她也是為咱好呀，同學們!或許，我在這里只是空談，或許有人會反駁我：你是英語科代表，當然幫著她說活啦!我此時也不想再作任何解釋，因為我相信，事實勝于雄辯! 英語Ms Xie是個中年婦女，個子偏矮了點。她有個五六歲大的女兒，生活重擔就這樣壓在她身上。再加上她身為人民教師，日日夜夜地為著家庭、事業而奔波，不覺幾縷銀發絲已成了她的伴侶、、、、、、 我喜歡在深夜，躺在被窩中，腦子里像放電影一樣，把當天在校的學習生活細細回顧。亦喜歡回想Mrs Xie課堂上的教學情景。有時喜歡癡想，亦或是高高興興地學習。
今天，Mrs Xie又是照例調同學起來背誦已學過的內容，這在我是漫不經心的，因為她從未讓我背過這些，大概她認為我是自覺的吧!可是，這次我偏偏就忘了背誦，調背的同學的聲音，再混雜著我在桌子下吉利哇啦的背誦，倒是引起了她的注意。那位同學剛背完，下一位就叫到我!真是尷賅，想說不會背，可又說不出，只得因著頭皮背呀背!這種亂亂的感覺，除了小學時偶爾會有外，這在初中生涯，是頭一回（是頭一回，希望也是最后一回）! 下午的課，比較的寬松，中午就趴在課桌上小憩會兒。
殊不知，下午的課更讓我苦笑不得!!! “燦曼，這個表你怎么填？同學們注意聽呀，看看別人的飲食與你的有啥不同，” 老師說道，“你在星期二的早餐吃什么？” “ I have porridge，eggs and fish。” “那么午餐？” “I have chocolate and orange juice。" “chocolate?你午餐吃巧克力？”“呵呵呵。”“那么晚餐？” “I have porridge and pig!" “pig?你吃豬？” 這么一來，倒是惹得同學們捂肚子笑個不停，唉唉唉唉! 不過我樂意呀，活躍課堂氣氛也是蠻好滴嘛，我自己的錯誤也被糾正了! 這就是我與英語老師之間的一些瑣事，卻時常令我開懷!
