　　今天第一次找工作面試，因為導師不讓實習，所以以打醬油的狀態來到面試地點，本來預約是2點，我們1點多就到了，隨即領了排隊的號碼排隊，沒過多久就輪到我參加一面(經驗一、提早去排隊)。

　　一面技術面，這方面華為還是很松的，輕松都能過關，基本上分為兩部分：語言，問的是c和c++的問題;項目。感覺自己語言方面還是比較扯淡，問到了c++的static變量和非static的區別，然后給了一個程序題，找改錯。確實蒙了，很長時間找不到錯，比較郁悶，心想必掛了，給的程序是一個字符串倒敘的算法，主要錯誤有：字符串會有個'/o'所以在動態分配內存時，長度要+1，動態分配完后要判斷是否分配成功，程序結束后要free動態分配的空間(這個很容易忘了)，倒轉字符串后要加上'/0'.5處錯誤就找出2處，看來基礎還是不行，好的.習慣沒養成。然后是問項目，這塊忽悠的還可以，所以被告知一面通過。

　　接下來是二面，群面。12人分兩組，先是自我介紹，說說優缺點，愛好。優缺點是主要的吧，面試官會即興提問，比如你說出一個缺點，他會說，舉個例子...然后是12人分兩組，6 vs 6辯論，我們的論題是愚公改移山還是搬家，然后討論，在討論的時候會有面試官在旁邊聽，一定要積極討論，再就是爭取第一個發言開題;第二個階段是辯論，這時候每個人只有一次發言機會，要注意聽別人和對方的觀點，做記錄，面試官可能會問你別人說了什么。第三個階段是面試官為難你了，他為難我讓我說出我方最有力的論點，以及給我方人馬按表現排序，這個比較郁悶。不過大膽的排序就是了,他還會問你的隊友對這個排序滿意否，以及會問被你排在后面的人有什么意見，之類，總之是各種為難人。

　　三面是性格測試，這個沒得準備，一些題換著說法循環出現，讓你在3個問題里選一個最符合和最不符合。不少人過不了測試，華為這個比較扯。

But I like to ask people and find the way from other means, for example, search the Internet on my mobile phone, and turn to the directions at bus stops.
