　　As one of the oldest disciplines, history had undergone a tremendous transition during the last century, resulting in a blending boom of traditional subjects and countless new perspectives. The beginning of a new century urges the new generation of history scholars to optimize the traditional methods, fields, perspectives and materials of history. Contributing as a leading role, Tsinghua University’s Department of History had witnessed the establishment of major milestones of history in the last century. Since 20xx, we have successfully held two international conferences on history. While the 100th anniversary of Tsinghua opens a new page for the university, the Department of History hereby announces the open of The Third International Academic Conference on History from November 23rd to 24th in 20xx, themed “The Reflection and Outlook of History”. Young scholars from all over the world are warmly welcomed to participate，to share and to progress together.

　　This conference mainly focuses on doctoral studies. Outstanding works by postgraduate and undergraduate students are also welcomed. Papers that represent any scientific endeavor that addresses itself to any history related issues are welcomed. An abstract less than 1,000 words together with a brief introduction less than 300 words of the author shall be received by June 1st, 20xx via email to: thuhistory@163.com. Results of the review process will be notified by June 20th, 20xx at the latest. Paper invitation will be sent to accepted speakers subsequently. In addition, all presented papers will be included by CNKI. Full papers of no more than 20,000 words must be submitted by September 30th, 20xx. 　　It is a great pleasure to invite you to the XXth International Conference on Composite Materials (ICCMXX), which will be held from July 28 to August 2, 20xx in Montreal, Canada. This conference is one of the most highly acclaimed meetings in the field of composite materials and it takes place biannually in different countries all over the world. 　　This time, the organizing committee has chosen "Composite Materials: The Great Advance" as the main theme for the conference, with a focus on the latest developments and trends, as well as future outlook of the field of composite materials and structures. 　　(一)會議邀請函的含義

　　會議邀請函是專門用于邀請?zhí)囟▎挝换蛉耸繀⒓訒h，具有禮儀和告知雙重作用的會議文書。

　　邀請函用于會議活動時，與會議通知的不同之處在于：邀請函主要用于橫向性的會議活動，發(fā)送對象是不受本機關(guān)職權(quán)所制約的單位和個人，也不屬于本組織的成員，一般不具有法定的與會權(quán)利或義務，是否參加會議由對象自行決定。舉行學術(shù)研討會、咨詢論證會、技術(shù)鑒定會、貿(mào)易洽談會、產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會產(chǎn)等，以發(fā)邀請函為宜。而會議通知則用于具有縱向關(guān)系(即主辦方與參會者存在隸屬關(guān)系或工作上的管理關(guān)系)性質(zhì)的會議，或者與會者本身具有參會的法定權(quán)利和義務的會議，如人民代表大會、董事會議等。對于這些會議的對象來說，參加會議是一種責任，因此只能發(fā)會議通知，不能用邀請函。學術(shù)性團體舉行年會或?qū)ｎ}研討會時，要區(qū)別成員與非成員。對于團體成員應當發(fā)會議通知，而邀請非團體成員參加則應當用邀請函。

　　(二)會議邀請函的基本內(nèi)容

　　會議邀請函的基本內(nèi)容與會議通知一致，包括會議的背景、目的和名稱;主辦單位和組織機構(gòu);會議內(nèi)容和形式;參加對象;會議的時間和地點、聯(lián)絡(luò)方式以及其他需要說明的事項。

　　(三)會議邀請函的結(jié)構(gòu)與寫法

　　1.標題。由會議名稱和“邀請函(書)”組成，一般可不寫主辦機關(guān)名稱和“關(guān)于舉辦”的字樣，如：《亞太城市信息化高級論壇邀請函》�！把埡比质峭暾腵文種名稱，與公文中的“函”是兩種不同的文種，因此不宜拆開寫成“關(guān)于邀請出席××會議的函”

　　2.稱呼。邀請函的發(fā)送對象有三類情況：

　　(1)發(fā)送到單位的邀請函，應當寫單位名稱。由于邀請函是一種禮儀性文書，稱呼中要用單稱的寫法，不宜用泛稱(統(tǒng)稱)，以示禮貌和尊重。

　　(2)邀請函直接發(fā)給個人的，應當寫個人姓名，前冠“尊敬的”敬語詞，后綴“先生”、“女士”、“同志”等。

　　(3)網(wǎng)上或報刊上公開發(fā)布的邀請函，由于對象不確定，可省略稱呼，或以“敬啟者”統(tǒng)稱。

　　3.正文。正文應逐項載明具體內(nèi)容。開頭部分寫明舉辦會議的背景和目的，用“特邀請您出席(列席)”照應稱呼，再用過渡句轉(zhuǎn)入下文;主體部分可采用序號加小標題的形式寫明具體事項;最后寫明聯(lián)系聯(lián)絡(luò)信息和聯(lián)絡(luò)方式。結(jié)尾處也可寫“此致”，再換行頂格寫“敬禮”，亦可省略。

　　4.落款。因邀請函的標題一般不標注主辦單位名稱，因此落款處應當署主辦單位名稱并蓋章。

　　5.成文時間。寫明具體的年、月、日。
