　　前幾天進修學校的小學科學教研員通知我去沈陽參加“中央教育科研所小學科學教育研究中心主辦的全國第二屆（東北區）小學科學優質課評選研討會”。對于我這個不正規的科學老師來說真是一次天大的、難得的學習機會。這話要從上學期參與的論文比賽說起，我平時由于很關注教育的教學活動，經常到縣教育網站看看，有沒有適合自己參加的活動，有一次我看到了省教育學院征集小學科學學科的論文和教學設計。我就找來各年級的教材和參考資料，又到網上細心閱讀科學教學設計的寫法，因為參加工作以來我一直從事數學學科，對于小學數學是輕車熟路，而對于科學還是一個門外漢，但既然要做就要做好。我定好課題<植物的葉>；一課后，就開始揣摩怎么才能把教案寫的有創新，不落入熟套，還有一定的學習價值。我寫完以后又征求了教學上有名望的老師的意見，他認為行了，我才把教案送到進修學校。但直到這學期開學，進修學校才通知送到省里參評，還可以在出版的書中發表。

　　雖然學校有3個專職的科學教師，但都因為年齡大，有些固守田園的思想，所以學校在科學學科的活動中總是一片空白。劉校長看我很求上進，做事雷厲風行。就讓我申報了進修學校教研員幫帶骨干教師培養名師”活動。也是我的個人教學能力還過硬，很慶幸在進修學校的評選中，我卻成為入選者。（這也預示著我要在科學學科上不斷豐富自己的教學能力，以后要參加很多教學活動的，也是要付出艱辛的勞動的）

　　和劉校長談論起這件事時，我說要感謝她給了我申報培訓名師的機會，才有了外出學習的.機會。而她卻說如果沒有你個人工作上的努力，我是根本想不到要申報你的。機會對于每個人來說是均等的，是你自己創造的機會，架設好了進步的橋梁。只要你不怕苦，以后你還會在科學學科上出成績的。

　　可以說有些老師教了很多年的科學課也沒有成為培養名師的對象，也沒有取得什么成績。而我不能說是上帝對我特別青睞、關照，給了我機遇，而是我扎扎實實的、一步一步的有準備的工作才迎來了美好的教學機遇，我會抓住這次難得的機遇讓自己的工作不斷進步！
