上午好！我是今年新進教師，柴xx，來自高一化學組。非常榮幸，在開學典禮的今天，作為新教師代表在這里發言。

古人云：“學高為師，身正為范”。一名優秀的教師不僅要有廣博的知識，更要有高尚的道德情懷。我們要以自己的人格去塑造學生的人格，用自己的道德情感去喚醒學生的道德情感。“言傳不如身教”我們將銘記于心。
三、做一名有責任感的教師
“師者，所以傳道授業解惑也”。我們需要有高度的責任感，嚴謹務實的工作作風，精心備課、細心講解、耐心答疑，以平等的心態、欣賞的目光、發展的眼光去對待每一位學生，成為學生學習上、生活中的好朋友。
四、做一名真正的鳳岡二中人
鳳岡二中的發展需要我們一代又一代人堅持不懈的努力。我們將繼承和發揚二中的`優良傳統，在校領導的帶領下，努力奮斗，對學校的發展做出應有的貢獻。在這個舞臺上實現自己的人生價值。
作為一名老師我想對同學們說：沒有永遠的最后，只有暫時的落后，每天進步一點點，堅持，就會成功。無論昨天的你怎樣都已經過去。
新學期，新起點，新的希望，新的征程。我相信經歷過磨練的我們會更加的成熟與自信！就讓我們期待明天更為豐碩的成果吧！在更為激勵的競爭中乘風破浪，盡展二中風采。在我們全體師生的努力下二中的明天會更加輝煌！

1）開始時對聽眾的稱呼語最常用的是Ladies and gentlemen，也可根據不同情況，選用Fellow students，Distinguished guests，Mr Chairman，Honorable Judges（評委）等等。
2）提出論題由于演講的時間限制，必須開門見山，提出論題。提出論題的方法有各種各樣，但最生動，最能引起注意的是用舉例法。比如：你要呼吁大家關心貧窮地區的孩子，你可以用親眼看到的或者收集到的那些貧窮孩子多么需要幫助的實例開始。另外，用具體的統計數據也是一個有效的引出論題的方法，比如：你要談遵守交通規則的話題，你可以從舉一系列有關車輛、車禍等的數據開始。
3）論證對提出的論題，不可主觀地妄下結論，而要進行客觀的論證。這是演講中最需要下功夫的部分。關鍵是要把道理講清楚。常見的論證方法有舉例法、因果法、對比法等等，可參見英語議論文的有關章節。
4）結論結論要簡明扼要（以給聽眾留下深刻印象。
5）結尾結尾要簡潔，不要拉拉扯扯，說個沒完。特別是不要受漢語影響，說些類似“準備不足，請諒解”，“請批評指正”這樣的廢話。最普通的結尾就是：Thank you very much for your attention

1、內容上的現實性

3、特定情景性

4、口語化
演講稿的最終目的是用于講話，所以，它是有聲語言，是書面化的口語。因此，演講稿要“上口”、“入耳”，它一方面是把口頭語言變為書面語言，即化聲音為文字，起到規范文字、有助演講的作用；另一方面，演講稿要把較為正規嚴肅的書面語言轉化為易聽易明的口語，以便演講。同時，演講稿的語言應適應演講人的講話習慣，同演講者的自然講話節奏一致。
