good afternoon，ladies and gentlemen!
i’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! to begin with,i want to ask a question .does everybody dream a good dream last night?actually ,today i want to talk about dream with you. of course, what i want totalk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream—— about life.
everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different lifestage,and we need dreams to support us. dreams are like the stars we never reachin the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. with thedream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer confused.with thedream, there is hope,with hope, we have the strength to fight.
but i know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we failin the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, thedream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to moveahead .
young!fortunately, i am young now. just due to it, i know that nothing isimpossible.i firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. if
i can't realize my dream,it result from that i haven't work harder enoughand i won't find other excuses. if no people believe you, you can make it toprove that you are right. if you think the god haven't blessed you and there isno truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.
"my breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword isfamous in kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." at some time inthe past i also had am bitious words and i had some achievements. eachachievement results from my hard work. i always believe that "if you want tohave more achievements than others, you must work harder."
in some extent, the dream is the hope. if you can insist on doingsomething, the victory will come.

大家好！
去年有一件事深深地觸動(dòng)了我。有一天我感冒了，很嚴(yán)重。我嘶啞著嗓子去給學(xué)生上課，那天恰巧我穿了件新衣。剛走進(jìn)教室，初中七年級(jí)的學(xué)生們就圍了上來大呼小叫地說：“miss zhu beaitiful beaitiful，miss zhu！”我剛張開嘴讓他們安靜下來，突然有個(gè)聲音大聲地說：“不要吵了！老師的嗓子啞了！老師的嗓子都啞了！”頓時(shí)整個(gè)教室安靜了下來，學(xué)生們都在自己的座位上端正地坐好，安靜地看著我。
當(dāng)我張開嘴讓他們跟著我念單詞時(shí)又有同學(xué)舉手提議：“老師，我們今天學(xué)唱英文歌吧！我們能自己跟著磁帶學(xué)，那樣你的嗓子會(huì)好得快些，媽媽說嗓子啞了要少說話！”多懂事的孩子，只知他們平時(shí)愛惹我生氣，不知他們竟也知道關(guān)心我！下課了，孩子們硬要把剝好的.橘子塞進(jìn)我的嘴里，說：“老師吃了它吧！吃了你的嗓子就會(huì)好了！”在那一刻我感受到了三十多顆幼小的心靈對(duì)我的撫慰，感受到了他們對(duì)我的理解和支持，作為一名幼兒教師我心甘情愿了！
去年十二月，我要教四個(gè)班的英語、要忙于迎接期末考試、要為教師文藝匯演緊張地排練、要為圣誕節(jié)英語晚會(huì)準(zhǔn)備初中七年級(jí)的英語節(jié)目。初中生懂的英語比較少，我沒法將臺(tái)詞寫下來讓他們自己去背，只能嘴對(duì)嘴的一字一詞地教。緊張的排練和不定時(shí)的加班幾乎壓垮了我，我真想甩手不干了。
有一天幾遍排練下來后孩子們已經(jīng)練得氣喘吁吁了，我說：“你們累了，就早點(diǎn)休息吧！”可是沒有一個(gè)孩子離開我，他們圍在我身邊仰著小臉懇切地說：“老師，咱們?cè)倬氁粫?huì)兒吧！我們不累！真的，我們不怕累！”看著孩子們汗津津的小臉，我突然感到自己是那么的軟弱。我說，你們不怕，老師也不怕，咱們一起練。排練結(jié)束后，我和孩子們一起笑著鬧著，心里感受到一種從未有過的輕松，我知道是孩子們幫助了我，鼓舞了我。當(dāng)我在臺(tái)下看著他們成功的表演時(shí)，淚水再也忍不住地流了下來，作為一名人民教師愛的奉獻(xiàn)是無盡的。
