　　一、語言類禮儀：可分為語音類、口語類和書面類三種禮儀形式。

　　語音類：是通過不同的語音來表示禮儀的意思，即通過聲音的高低、音色、語速、聲調等來暗示不同的意義。首先聲音表達要讓人感到真實、樸實、自然；其次音量要控制得當，需輕柔時勿高昂，需低沉時勿喧嘩；再次音調要注意抑揚頓挫、和諧有致。

　　二、身體語言類：分為表情語言和動作語言。

　　表情語言類：通過人的臉部各種各樣的表情來傳遞的禮儀，人的臉部是人世間最豐富多情的一道風景線，包括眼、眉、嘴、鼻、顏面肌肉的各種變化以及整個頭部的'姿勢等。比如人的眼睛是人的表情語言中語匯最豐富的，“眼語”是像靈魂的一面鏡子，通過其可以觀察到對方是否喜歡你、支持你。所謂深沉的注視表示崇敬，橫眉冷眼指仇敵，眉來眼去指情人暗送秋波。

　　動作語言類：通過人的各種身體的動作傳達禮儀。人的身體動作非常多，有手語、肩語、腿語、腰語、足語等。其中手語是語義中最豐富的動作語言，如用大拇指表示贊揚、了不起；伸出小拇指表示鄙視；在人背后指點表示不禮貌；拇指朝上表示好，朝下表示壞；向上同時伸出中指和食指成“v”字，表示勝利()；用拇指和食指圈成“o”形表示ok。
