　　努力，是一種生活態(tài)度

　　Trying is an attitude. It has nothing to do with your age.

　　努力是一種生活態(tài)度，與年齡無關(guān)。

　　Someone kept pushing his horizon when he was already 45, and he found his dream job the next year. 有的人在45歲的時候，依舊在挑戰(zhàn)極限，最后在第二年找到了自己夢寐以求的工作。

　　This man's name is Barack Obama. 這個人，叫貝拉克·奧巴馬。

　　And his new job was the President of the United States.

　　而他的新工作，是美國總統(tǒng)。

　　Another man thought his golden age had already ended when he was 35. So he gave up and accepted the status quo. 有的人在35歲時就覺得自己的黃金歲月已經(jīng)過去，于是放棄了努力、接受了現(xiàn)狀。

　　And no one knows his name.

　　而他的名字，沒有人知道。

　　No one cares.

　　也沒有人在乎。

　　No, trying does not only belong to the young or children.

　　And it has nothing to do with time.

　　It's not an obligation put on your shoulder by others. It is the desire for a better self that takes root deeply in your heart. It is a positive life-attitude. 它不是外界對你的逼迫，而是你自己內(nèi)心對更進(jìn)一步的渴望，是一種積極向上的生活態(tài)度。

　　The most horrible thing that can happen in your life is not being unseccessful even though you tried, but that you give up and tell yourself it is precious to be just ordinary. What is the common thread in people who emanate warmth? Some may think it is related to personality or physical appearance. But this does little to explain why bright beacons of light can be found anywhere. Essence has nothing to do with our exterior.

　　那些氣場中自帶溫暖的人有哪些共性呢？一些人也許認(rèn)為這與性格或外貌有關(guān)。但這基本解釋不了為什么明亮的燈塔之光四處可見。本質(zhì)與我們的外在無關(guān)。

　　I like to believe the common thread is a universal trait we are all able to tap into. When we see the truth of who we are and wholeheartedly love every part of that truth, we automatically shine. When we embrace our essence and live in congruence with who we are, we radiate peace.

　　我愿意相信這個共性是我們都能夠觸及的、普遍存在的品質(zhì)。當(dāng)我們欣賞自己的本質(zhì)并全心全意熱愛著這一切的時候，我們自然而然就會出類拔萃。當(dāng)我們欣然接受自己的本質(zhì)并遵循本心來生活的時候，我們會自帶平和的光環(huán)。

　　Every day we can choose to wake up and see the gift of getting to be who we are. When we decide to live from this way of "being," it becomes easy to see this same light and gift in everyone — even those who may not yet see it in themselves.

　　每一天，我們都可以選擇一醒來就欣賞做自己這一項(xiàng)天賦。當(dāng)我們決定以“本性”來生活的時候，在每個人身上，甚至是那些可能還沒有開始欣賞自身本性的人身上，我們變得很容易就能看到同樣的光芒和天賦了。

　　The benefits of self-love are many. What I know to be true without a doubt in my heart, is that we are all capable of giving this gift to ourselves.

　　These words help me remember why embracing my essence is always the best thing to do. Perhaps this may resonate with where you are.

　　When you love who you are,

　　you become a conduit of light.

　　生而為人，生而為仁

　　A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. He answered the call asap, changed his clothes & went directly to the surgery block. He found the boy's father pacing in the hall waiting for the doctor. On seeing him, the dad yelled: 在接到一通緊急手術(shù)的電話以后，一名醫(yī)生急匆匆地走進(jìn)醫(yī)院。他一聽到電話馬上就接了，換了衣服，徑直走到手術(shù)區(qū)域。他看見患者的父親在走廊焦急地來回踱步等待著醫(yī)生，一看見醫(yī)生便咆哮道：

　　"Why did you take all this time to come? Don't you know that my son's life is in danger? Don't you have any sense of responsibility?" 你怎么這么久才來？知不知道我的兒子危在旦夕？你還有沒有點(diǎn)責(zé)任心？

　　The doctor smiled & said:

　　醫(yī)生面帶微笑說道：

　　"I am sorry, I wasn't in the hospital & I came as fast as I could after receiving the call...... And now, I wish you'd calm down so that I can do my work"

　　“我很抱歉當(dāng)時我不在醫(yī)院，接到電話以后我也盡可能快的趕來了，現(xiàn)在你需要冷靜，我要開始我的工作了。

　　"Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, would you calm down? If your own son dies now what will you do??" said the father angrily

　　冷靜？！如果現(xiàn)在手術(shù)室里面的是你的兒子，你會冷靜么？如果你自己的兒子要死了，你會怎么做呢？這位父親生氣的說道。 The doctor smiled again & replied: "I will say what Job said in the Holy Book "From dust we came & to dust we return, blessed be the name of God". Doctors cannot prolong lives.

　　醫(yī)生依然面帶微笑回答道：我會說，約伯在《圣經(jīng)》里曾說，承蒙上天關(guān)愛，我們源于塵土也終將歸于塵土。

　　The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy,"Thank goodness!, your son is saved!" And without waiting for the father's reply he carried on his way running. "If you have any question, ask the nurse!!"

　　手術(shù)進(jìn)行了幾個小時，之后醫(yī)生高興地從里面走出來。“感謝上帝，你的兒子得救了！“還沒有等父親回答，他就一路小跑走了“如果你有任何問題，問護(hù)士吧。”

　　"Why is he so arrogant? He couldn't wait some minutes so that I ask about my son's state" Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left.

　　幾分鐘后父親看到護(hù)士抱怨道，“他為什么如此傲慢，也不等個幾分鐘讓我問問兒子的情況”

　　The nurse answered, tears coming down her face: "His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was in the burial when we called him for your son's surgery. And now that he saved your son's life, he left running to finish his son's burial."

　　“他的兒子昨天出交通事故去世了，我們打電話讓他手術(shù)的時候他正好在善后，現(xiàn)在他救好了你兒子就要趕回去參加葬禮。”說著護(hù)士留下了眼淚。

　　Moral - Never judge anyone..... because you never know how their life is and what they're going through"

　　這個故事告訴我們：不要輕易評價一個人，因?yàn)槟懔私馑麄兊娜松膊恢浪麄兇丝陶诮?jīng)歷什么。
