　　關(guān)于我們班又一次出現(xiàn)了這樣的情況，讓我想起了上次同樣的問題，同樣的我給輔導(dǎo)員寫了一份檢討，那份檢討中我寫了很多的自己的感受和看法想法。我知道這次出現(xiàn)了同樣的問題讓輔導(dǎo)員也讓我自己覺得前面的檢討中所講的都已成空話了。我無奈過，苦笑過。也許有一天我可能覺得我寫的檢討書水平都超越了自己的`作文水平了，班級(jí)中還是會(huì)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤，這都是不可避免的。前一段時(shí)間我和很多環(huán)藝的好朋友在一起聊過，講起xxx班的過去，他們很是羨慕我已經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出這樣的一個(gè)團(tuán)體了，事事奮發(fā)向上，積極性很高，團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和責(zé)任感都十足的一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)。幾個(gè)班也把我們班當(dāng)作了一個(gè)模版來學(xué)習(xí)和超越�，F(xiàn)在想想其實(shí)再好的團(tuán)隊(duì)也會(huì)有出大錯(cuò)誤的時(shí)候，也有解決不了的問題，沒有一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)是不可能不出錯(cuò)誤的。關(guān)鍵是現(xiàn)在面臨的問題我能不能正確的處理好，以至于后期不會(huì)再出現(xiàn)更多更大的問題�，F(xiàn)在的我不能保證說我們班絕對(duì)不會(huì)再出問題了，原因有二：1.所有人對(duì)這個(gè)學(xué)校和我們所處的環(huán)境有了更深的理解，對(duì)于越來越熟悉的環(huán)境他們就會(huì)有不同的發(fā)展，這和以前有所不同了。2.每個(gè)人的追求不同，加上我們的環(huán)境隨時(shí)都在改變，前面提到的作業(yè)和專業(yè)課等等這就是所改變的。所以對(duì)于這兩個(gè)問題我們只能在所犯的錯(cuò)誤面前說我們希望問題盡量避免。其實(shí)誰不渴望不出問題呢，但事情擺在我們面前的時(shí)候我們所能做的只能是接受了，我并不是不喜歡寫檢討，其實(shí)我挺喜歡這樣的一個(gè)形式，寫寫一些心里話，這樣對(duì)我和我將來的成長等等也是有推動(dòng)性作用的。

　　做了快一年的班長，很多感情都已經(jīng)建立，整個(gè)班集體也好，對(duì)于班級(jí)體內(nèi)的個(gè)人也好，我們都在各自改變，大家同處一個(gè)環(huán)境里，彼此間都是親密無間的，這種感覺很好。我愛這樣的一個(gè)團(tuán)體，以至于我們出現(xiàn)了問題我依舊深深的與班集體同在，因?yàn)檫@里永遠(yuǎn)都會(huì)有一份久違的溫暖所在。在博客里寫下檢討書是我生來第一次做，我無怨無悔，既然身在其位，我該例行職責(zé)，錯(cuò)誤就該及時(shí)指出和糾正。這也是一種激勵(lì)吧，我也堅(jiān)信我們班在以后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作中也會(huì)成長很高，錯(cuò)誤點(diǎn)變少。
