　　每日一詩：常建：題破山寺后禪院

　　A Buddhist Retreat Behind Broken-Mountain Temple

　　清晨入古寺In the early morning, near the old temple,

　　初日照高林Where early sunlight enlightens the tree-tops,

　　曲徑通幽處My path has wound(wrapped), through a sheltered hollow

　　禪房花木深Of boughs and flowers, to a Buddhist retreat.

　　山光悅鳥性Here birds are alive with mountain-light,

　　潭影空人心And the mind of man touches peace in a pool,

　　萬籟此俱寂And a thousand sounds are all quieted

　　惟馀鐘磬音By the breathing of a temple-bell.

　　On Meeting A Messenger to The Capital

　　故園東望路漫漫It's a long way home, a long way east.

　　雙袖龍鐘淚不干I am old and my sleeve is wet with tears.

　　馬上相逢無紙筆Meeting on horseback，no means of writing.

　　憑君傳語報平安Tell them three words: "He is safe."

　　A Message to Han Cho the Yangzhou Magistrate

　　青山隱隱水迢迢There are faint green mountains and far green waters,

　　秋盡江南草未凋And grasses in this river region not yet faded by autumn;

　　二十四橋明月夜And clear in the moon on the Twenty-Four Bridges,

　　玉人何處教吹簫Girls white as jade are teaching flute-music.

　　A Mooring on the Qin Huai River

　　煙籠寒水月籠沙Mist veils the cold stream, and moonlight the sand,

　　夜泊秦淮近酒家As I moor in the shadow of a river-tavern,

　　商女不知亡國恨Where girls, with no thought of a perished kingdom,

　　隔江猶唱《后庭花》Gaily echo A Song of Courtyard Flowers.

　　金陵酒肆留別Parting At A Wine-Shop In NanJing

　　風吹柳花滿店香A wind, blowing willow-cotton, sweetens the shop,

　　吳姬壓酒喚客嘗And a Wu girl, pouring wine, urges me to share it

　　金陵子弟來相送With my comrades from NanJing to see me off;

　　欲行不行各盡觴And as each of them drains his cup, I hesitantly say to them in parting,

　　請君試問東流水Oh, go and try to ask the water running to the east

　　別意與之誰短長If it can travel farther than a friend's departure!

　　洛陽女兒對門居There's a girl from Loyang in the door across the street,

　　才可容顏十五馀She looks fifteen, she may be a little older.

　　良人玉勒乘驄馬...While her master rides his rapid horse with jade bit an bridle,

　　侍女金盤膾鯉魚Her handmaid brings her cod-fish in a golden plate.

　　畫閣朱樓盡相望On her painted pavilions, facing red towers,

　　紅桃綠柳垂檐向Cornices are pink and green with peach-bloom and with willow,

　　羅帷送上七香車Canopies of silk awn her seven-scented chair,

　　寶扇迎歸九華帳And rare fans shade her, home to her nine-flowered curtains.

　　狂夫富貴在青春Her lord, with rank and wealth and in the bud of life,

　　意氣驕奢劇季倫Exceeds in munificence the richest men of old.

　　自憐碧玉親教舞He favours this girl of lowly birth, he has her taught to dance;

　　不惜珊瑚持與人And he gives away his coral-trees to almost anyone.

　　春窗曙滅九微火The wind of dawn just stirs when his nine soft lights go out,

　　九微片片飛花瑣Those nine soft lights like petals in a flying chain of flowers.

　　戲罷曾無理曲時Between dances she has barely time for singing over the songs;

　　妝成只是薰香坐No sooner is she dressed again than incense burns before her.

　　城中相識盡繁華Those she knows in town are only the rich and the lavish,

　　日夜經過趙李家And day and night she is visiting the hosts of the gayest mansions.

　　誰憐越女顏如玉...Who notices the girl from Yue with a face of white jade,

　　貧賤江頭自浣紗Humble, poor, alone, by the river, washing silk?
