　　Once you get around to doing housework and playing with your children and doing a grocery, or garbage run, you will become fitter and healthier. Much healthier than sitting on an office chair for eight hours straight.做家務(wù)、陪孩子玩、買菜或倒垃圾能讓你更健康。這遠(yuǎn)比一天八小時(shí)直挺挺地坐在辦公室椅子上強(qiáng)多啦。
