　　一、晚會主題

　　激揚青春·彰顯個性——暨2014年水塘中學元旦晚會

　　二、活動對象：

　　水塘中學全體師生

　　三、活動時間、場地：

　　xx年11月28日19:00、籃球場臨時搭建舞臺

　　四、活動領導小組

　　組長：繆新勇

　　組員：王國飛、湯酥泓、柳國榮、楊顯芝、鄭義春、白建鋒、馬艷華、胡云葵、李興榮、李俊、羅榮興、李忠海、刀彥飛、羅開鍵、代榮兵，各班班主任及跟班教師。

　　五、節目來源分配：

　　1、每個班準備參演節目至少一個，節目圍繞“激揚青春·中國夢”的主題，同時附音樂光盤。

　　2、每個班報送的節目形式，可以是唱歌、舞蹈、相聲、小品等多種形式，節目內容必須健康，積極向上，富有時代感，能體現青年學生和民族地區的民族特色。

　　3、11月25日前由柳國榮負責組織評委對學生節目進行篩選，選出19個高質量的節目參加元旦晚會展演。

　　4、文藝晚會分別設置一、二、三等獎，其中一等獎1個，獎金200元；二等獎3個，獎金100元，三等獎4個，獎金50元，合計700元。

　　六、晚會節目要求

　　1、內容文明健康、積極向上，用藝術的形式弘揚民族優秀文化和中華民族傳統美德，唱響時代主旋律，展現校園新風尚；貼近學生生活，反映我校師生良好的精神風貌。

　　2、既有時代特色，又要適合學校特點。

　　3、形式力求靈活多樣、新穎、豐富多彩，有獨創性。

　　4、節目形式建議：

　　歌舞類（大合唱、小合唱、重唱、獨唱、對唱、歌曲串燒、歌伴舞、集體舞、獨舞、民族舞、現代舞、街舞等、武術等）；

　　樂器類（鋼琴、古箏、吉他、小提琴等等）

　　語言類（朗誦、小品、相聲、快板、校園劇、情景劇等）；

　　6、單個節目時長控制在6分鐘內。

　　七、活動具體分工

　　第一項目組：節目組

　　組長：柳國榮

　　組員：楊顯芝胡云葵馬艷華

　　任務：

　　1、各班班主任負責落實本班節目的安排、督促排練、檢查協調工作。

　　2、柳國榮負責完成節目收集、篩選及后期的彩排工

　　作；負責節目的編排及晚會全流程的銜接，節目單的制作。

　　第二項目組：舞臺及背景設計組

　　組長：鄭義春

　　組員：李忠海代榮兵刀彥飛

　　任務：

　　1、舞臺整體設計，包括背景設計、舞臺裝飾設計方案。

　　2、準備舞臺及背景裝飾所需物品。

　　第三項目組：燈光音響及電力保障組

　　組長：李興榮

　　組員：李俊羅榮興

　　任務：負責接通并檢查晚會電路，協助晚會期間舞臺燈光設備、音箱設備的安裝調試。

　　第四項目組：后勤保障組

　　組長：刀彥飛

　　組員：楊雪松、刀振榮、李華東及后勤人員

　　任務：

　　1、現場攝影、攝像。

　　2、協助準備部分晚會所需的服裝、道具。

　　3、晚會所需物品購買。

　　4、晚會產生的各種費用的收集、報銷。

　　第五項目組：安全及場地組

　　組長：朱學云

　　組員：王國飛，白建峰、學校警衛及學生會部分成員

　　任務：1、晚會場地劃分。

　　2、晚會期間會場紀律維持。

　　3、會場安全保衛及緊急情況處理。

　　第六項目組：節目主持組

　　組長：湯酥泓

　　組員：學生會宣傳組成員

　　任務：1、主持人選拔、培訓。

　　2、節目主持詞串聯及互動游戲設計。

　　3、主持人形象設計。

　　第七項目組：舞臺運行組

　　組長：代昌齊

　　組員：全體學生會成員

　　任務：1、負責節目的出場的協調，保證節目的`連貫性。

　　2、負責節目演員上下臺及道具的上下，維持上下場秩序。

　　3、負責收齊所有節目的伴奏音樂，并標上節目名稱及在光盤上的位置或刻錄成套盤，協助音響組工作。

　　4、負責應急情況處置。

　　八、各階段任務及工作分配

　　1、晚會策劃準備期（10月10日--11月10日）：

　　任務：

　　A、節目收集：各班班主任落實本班參演節目，并于 11月10日前報柳國榮處。

　　B、節目主持組選定主持人并進行相應訓練和準備

　　2、晚會協調及進展期（11月10日--11月19日）：

　　任務：

　　A、各年級抓緊時間排練，班主任適時檢查，校團支部協調組織節目組成員于晚會正式開始前擇日對參演節目進行彩排，確定最終參演節目并基本確定節目演出順序。

　　B、舞臺及背景設計組拿出設計方案，制作好背景，并做相應的物品準備。

　　C、燈光音響及宣傳組落實音響系統、用電供給檢查。

　　D、節目主持組完成主持稿及互動游戲設計。

　　3、晚會倒計時期（11月20日--11月27日）

　　任務：

　　A、學校召開元旦晚會籌備會，協調、落實相關工作。

　　B、節目組于11月27日前組織參演節目進行最后一次彩排，最終確定節目演出順序并制作節目單。

　　C、燈光音響及宣傳組完成音響系統、燈光的安裝調試。

　　D、后勤保障組完成舞臺的搭建、布置工作。

　　E、安全及場地組做好師生場地劃分及相應安全保障工作。

　　F、學校總務處邀請相關嘉賓。

　　九、幾點說明：

　　1、舉行迎新年元旦匯演是教育教學和德育活動的一個重要組成部分，是豐富師生文化生活、宣傳黨的方針政策的重要途徑；同時，也是向各級領導、社會各界展示、宣傳我校的大好時機。各年級各班接通知后，一定要高度重視，精心組織、抓緊排練，真正把參演節目排練成精品，奉獻給全校師生，為共同打造一個和諧、文明、生機勃勃的校園做出自己的貢獻。

　　2、希望各組精誠協作、相互配合，圓滿完成本次活動。
