Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you again. Today we’re going to study Unit 9-Have you pocked yet?(你整理好行裝了嗎？) In this unit we’ll review the grammar-the present perfect tense(現(xiàn)在完成時) .In the same time we’re going to learn how to prepare for traveling. Now let’s begin our class.
學習目標：
1． 復習動詞的現(xiàn)在完成時態(tài)。
2． 能用比較流利通順的語言講述身邊發(fā)生的事 。
詞匯：
water (v.), travel, guide book, suitcase, bathing suit, refrigerator, member, wood, farm, ocean, appear, turn, anyway, hit
clean out 清除；打掃干凈 be off 離開；走開
beach towel 沙灘巾 in a minute 過一會兒
turn off 關閉 on the music scene 在音樂舞臺上
be sure to do sth. 確定做某事 in the last twelve months在過去的十二個月里
具體內(nèi)容講解
I. Sections:
1．Have you packed the beach towels yet? 你把沙灘巾打包進去了嗎？
大家知道此句用的是現(xiàn)在完成時。副詞yet常用于現(xiàn)在完成時的疑問句和否定句中，而在肯定句中則用already,如：
I have already packed the beach towels. 我已經(jīng)把沙灘巾打包進去了。
除此之外just, ever, never等詞也常常用在現(xiàn)在完成時態(tài)的句子中。
2．He has worked here since 1998. 他從1998年一直在這里工作。
此句說明工作這一動作從1998 年持續(xù)至今。
請注意和一般過去時的區(qū)別，如：
He started to work here in1998. 他1998 年開始在這里工作。
雖然現(xiàn)在完成時的動作和一般過去時一樣都發(fā)生在過去，但它強調(diào)的是動作對現(xiàn)在的影響。而一般過去時強調(diào)的是動作發(fā)生在過去的某一具體時間。
現(xiàn)在我們再注意一下since 和for的用法：
for的后面接一段時間：
I have lived in Beijing for about 12 years. 我在北京已經(jīng)生活了大約12年了。
since后面接點時間：
I have lived in Beijing since 1994. 我從1994年就一直住在北京 。
同學們從以上兩個句子中可以看出其實它們是不同的方式表達了同一個意思。值得注意的是這兩個句子動詞必須是持續(xù)性動詞。如：
He has already borrowed that book. 他已經(jīng)買了那本書。
He has had it for two weeks.他買那本書已經(jīng)有兩周的時間了。
3．must 和have to的區(qū)別：
have to是“不得不”，表示客觀上的意義；而must是“必須”，表示主觀愿望，如：
It’s time for the meeting. I have to go now. 開會的時間到了，我得走了。
否定句,助動詞do + not +have
You don’t have to go.你現(xiàn)在不必走。
You must be there on time.你務必按時到達那里。
否定句, 直接+not
You mustn’t go there now. 現(xiàn)在你千萬別上那兒去。
must 的否定回答needn’t
Must I go now? 我現(xiàn)在就得走嗎？
Yes, you must. 是的，你必須走。
No, you needn’t. 不，不必。
4．We have had a few songs in the ten, but we really hope to a number one hit some day.
我們已經(jīng)有幾首歌上排行榜了，希望有一天能有一首列入榜首。（參考譯文。）
II. Reading:
1. Have you ever been to the place where your ancestors lived, worked, studied and played?
你曾返回到你的祖先生活、工作、學習和玩耍的地方嗎？
這是一個含有定語從句的一般疑問句。place既是主句中的表語又是其定語從句所修飾的先行詞，而關系副詞where既引導定語從句又在從句作地點狀語，該從句中含有四個并列賓語。
2. Robert is just one young overseas Chinese who has come to visit his ancestors’ homeland, as part of the In Search of Roots summer camp program.
Robert恰好是一位已經(jīng)到來把訪問他的祖先的祖國作為《尋根》夏令營活動的一部分的華僑。
這又是一個含有定語從句的句子。overseas Chinese 是主句的表語，也是其定語從句做修飾的先行詞；關系代詞 who既引導從句又在從句中作主語。從句中as介詞短語作方式狀語。as的意思是“作為”。
As a girl, Mary likes wearing beautiful clothes.
作為一個女孩，Mary喜歡穿漂亮的衣服。
3. Thanks to In Search of Roots, I’m beginning to understand my Chinese roots, and who I am. 多虧了《尋根》，我才開始懂得我的中國根以及我是誰。
