（三）語(yǔ)法小提示 （Grammar Tips） ：

1. Can’t you see my name on it? 你沒(méi)看見(jiàn)我的名字在上面嗎？

① 帶有否定詞not的一般疑問(wèn)句，叫做否定疑問(wèn)句。

② 這種疑問(wèn)句常用以表示驚異、贊嘆、反問(wèn)、責(zé)備、建議和有禮貌的邀請(qǐng)等。

③ 否定疑問(wèn)句的答語(yǔ)在形式上與一般疑問(wèn)句的答語(yǔ)一樣，肯定回答Yes，否定回答No。

④ 但翻譯成漢語(yǔ)時(shí)，Yes要譯成“不”，No要譯成“對(duì)；是的”。例如：

Example：Isn’t he a teacher？難道他不是教師嗎？

Yes，he is．不，他是。（肯定）

No，he isn’t．對(duì)，他不是。（否定）

（二）重點(diǎn)句型及譯文 （Key Sentence） ：

1. One day, the colors started to argue about who was the most important and why.

一天，顏色們開(kāi)始討論誰(shuí)是最重要的顏色，為什么是最重要的顏色。

（1）start與begin都表示“開(kāi)始”，一般情況下都可以通用。

句型：

start to do sth./ start doing sth.

begin to do sth. / begin doing sth.

Example：

He starts / begins his work at eight thirty.他八點(diǎn)半開(kāi)始工作。

They started / began to learn English two years ago.兩年前他們開(kāi)始學(xué)英語(yǔ)。

區(qū)別：

但start與begin又有區(qū)別，start表示由靜到動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)折，即一般情況下在start之前事物處于靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)，此時(shí)begin不能代替start。

begin 指從某事的最初邁出第一步，強(qiáng)調(diào)一個(gè)過(guò)程的開(kāi)始。

Example：

The boy started to cry. 這個(gè)男孩開(kāi)始哭泣。

School begins in September.學(xué)校在九月開(kāi)學(xué)。

2. I bring calm. 我?guī)��?lái)了寧?kù)o。

（1）bring / take

“bring”和“take”的意思相同，但用法并不一樣。

“bring”指東西向說(shuō)話的人的方向去。

Example：

Bring me the book, please. 請(qǐng)把書(shū)拿來(lái)。

“Take”指東西向說(shuō)話的人離去。

Example：Take the dictionary away from me . 把字典拿走。

由此可見(jiàn)，“bring”和“take”都表示東西要移動(dòng)，只是方向不同：“bring”表示向說(shuō)話后的方向帶來(lái)；“take”表示向說(shuō)話者的方向拿走。

3. I was chosen as the color for grass, trees, and leaves.

我被選做草、樹(shù)、樹(shù)葉的顏色。

（1）choose, chose, chosen

（2）be chosen 被選做……

4. Enough! I am the color of passion and happiness.

夠了！ 我是熱情和快樂(lè)的顏色。

（1）enough adj. 足夠的

Example：We don’t have enough food. 我們沒(méi)有足夠的食物。

interj. 夠了！ 用以表達(dá)不耐煩或惱怒：

Example：You practiced the violin all afternoon. Enough!

come to me: come here and I tell you something.

通常對(duì)比較親近的人說(shuō)。

（二）語(yǔ)法小提示 （Grammar Tips） ：

1. “be going to”表示將要發(fā)生的事或打算、計(jì)劃、安排要做的事。它是一般將來(lái)時(shí)的一種表達(dá)形式，其后常有表示將來(lái)的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)。如：tomorrow, this afternoon , next week等。

Example：We are going to play soccer tomorrow. 明天我們將去踢足球。

2. 構(gòu)成：be going to ＋動(dòng)詞原形。

在be going to 結(jié)構(gòu)中，be隨主語(yǔ)人稱和數(shù)的變化而變化。

Example：

She is going to swim tomorrow.

We are going to swim tomorrow.

3. 句式變化：

變否定句在be后加not。

變疑問(wèn)句時(shí)，將be提至主語(yǔ)之前。

Example：

He is going to do his homework this afternoon.

He isn’t going to do his homework this afternoon.

Is he going to do his homework this afternoon?

That day was like any other day in his life. After school Michael walked past the shop at the street corner. He stopped to look at the front row of shoes, and he felt sorry for himself. He really wanted to have pair of shoes for his birthday.
