Once out in the street 相當于 Once she was out in the street 引導時間狀語從句。在從句主語與主句主語一致時，從句可省略主語。例如：

Once 可用作連詞，意思為：一… 就，一旦。例如：

glance at 匆匆看一下，glance用作動詞，例如：

glance可用作名詞，例如：
