But my math and physics are not as good as Chinese and English. Therefore, I have to try my best to improve them. Except preview and finishing homework, I have to review regularly to strengthen knowledge. Second, I will pay more attention to news, so that I will read more newspapers and watch news program. 　　我得承認，對于一個英語聽說能力不強的人，如果照做的話一開始的過程會非常的痛苦。很有可能的結果是一部電影下來什么也沒有聽明白。但是，請相信我，如果能夠堅持這樣做的話，那么在10部電影之后，就會聽懂相當多的對白，并且能夠復述聽懂的對白中的一半。每一個人都有接受語言的本能，這個辦法帶有一點點強制性，但可以把我們的語言潛能發掘出來。在一開始的時候，建議挑選一些曾經看過的影碟，這樣會幫助你對英語原聲的理解。另外，一定要保證每天，最多不超過兩天就要看一盤碟片。另外，如果條件允許，那么最好自己在一個房間里面以避免干擾。這個方法可以有效鍛煉英語聽說的基本功。

　　2.利用一切機會擴大自己的詞匯量，但是先要扔掉4-6級考試標準詞匯表

　　4-6級的詞匯表對于擴大詞匯量幾乎沒有價值，這個是我的個人之見。希望不要在這上面畫太多的時間。如果看碟片的程度已經可以聽懂一些對白的話，那么可以關注一下詞匯，如果在一個段落中一個生詞反復出現，那么可以打開英文字幕，然后查一下這個詞的意思。花15s記住這個詞，然后再看碟片，特別留意新詞匯。這種方式，會讓生詞記憶的特別牢。對于感興趣的咨訊，不妨多訪問一些英文的站點。體育，娛樂，新聞，或者隨便什么其他的，隨意瀏覽即可。對于出現率高的生詞，就查一下，然后記下來。
